How to check and submit Fanatics ASNs in Impress

How to check and submit Fanatics ASNs in Impress

 

  1. Run Shipping report
  2. Select Fanatics Shipping Report version
  3. Add Shipment Created Date ( depending on when you are doing it, it might be today or yesterday)
  4. Save to CSV, print
  5. Once excel opens sort by “Ship to name” – Its does not guarantee that records will align as on Impress Screen
  6. Open Impress > Utility > EDI > Transmit ASN
  7. Check records that do not have red error massages
  8. Highlight corresponding SO on the spreadsheet
  9. Check spreadsheet tracking numbers – if any wrong or missing send to Shipping
  10. Check for errors and duplicated boxes – any errors send to shipping
  11. Copy list of SO# that need fixes
  12. Email to SHIPPING and BILLING.
    1. Shipping corrects issues
    2. Billing holds invoices until ASNs are submitted
  13. Once checked, click OK to submit ASNs
