we need 1 of the following…

Blank Product - The Valid Full Vantage SKU, IE…
2600BLKSM
- Decorated
Product – a Valid Full Vantage SKU with GarmentDesign Shortcut IE…
2600BLKSM-G1234567
- A
custom Sku that can be looked up via CustomSkuAndPricing added/uploaded in
Vat, by Account and by Program.
- A UPC
code, this is a universal barcode code that is unique to products all over
the world. (Rare that someone send this)
- The
full Vantage SKU representing an Impress “Customer” SKU like “2600BLKSM”
that exists in Impress assigned to a specific customer (Rare) (Typically a
product that is Pre-Decorated and stores in the warehouse)
- Coming
Soon – a SanMar, SS, Alpha Part ID that can be used to lookup the Impress
SKU for that product.
Any other “SKU” passed to us that does not meet the above
criteria will result in the order uploading with ZZMISC as the SKU, along with
the passed in value displayed on the Impress Line Item Comment.
In these cases, CSR/Integration team must sort out what the
customer is trying to order and the customer should ALWAYS fix on their side.
