You may answer calls on your computer.

From the File menu > Bind to…


Select Bind to Softphone. Next.

Success window. Choose Finish.

Setup your Audio.

File menu > Preferences


Choose Audio Preferences.

Here you can set how you want to hear and speak through the softphone. Menus with examples below.


Play Call audio. Menu > Default (system speaker), attached speakers or even a headset.

Play Ring tone. Menu > Default (system speaker), attached speakers.

Microphone. Menu > Default, Microphone USB Camera, or a Headset
