Session Release


Find the Citrix icon in the system tray. (Lower right on your screen)

Right click the icon. Example icons

                                                                                                                                                                                

  

From the resulting pop-up select Online Sessions / Connection Center.


   or   

In the new window locate and highlight the XENAPP server.

You must choose the Log Off button to fully end your session.

 



Notes…

>For the above to work a citrix session must be open. Crashed or otherwise.


>If your Citrix icon is missing from the system tray Log out of Windows.

 You will need to attempt to open Impress and then use the steps above.
