Password reset ( Microsoft web version)
To change password you need to:
- Top right corner - settings icon- change password
- Enter new pw.
-Here is the Policy we must follow for new pws.
- Minimum 12 Characters – Passwords must meet the following criteria:
- Must not contain your account name, parts of your full name, or any variation of "Vantage".
- Must be at least 12 characters long.
- Must include characters from ALL of the following four categories:
- Uppercase letters (A-Z)
- Lowercase letters (a-z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g., !, $, #, %)
- Password History – You will not be able to reuse any of your last six passwords.
- Password Age Policy – Passwords will have a minimum age of 1 day, preventing frequent resets to revert to old passwords too quickly.
After you change the password and sign into VPN you must sync your laptop password.
Make sure you are connected to VPN!!
