How to Login to Microsoft Office.com and MySignIns
To help users log into Microsoft Office.com and MySignIns to
check when their password expires, follow these steps:
How to Login to Microsoft Office.com and MySignIns:
- Visit
Microsoft Office:
- Check
Your Password Expiration:
- Once
signed in, click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner and go to
My Account or View Account.
- Under
the Security Info section, look for your password status. If
you're unsure when your password expires, you may be able to check it
here or you may need to set up password policies to notify users closer
to expiration.
How to Add Microsoft Authenticator for VPN and Citrix:
Microsoft Authenticator is required for VPN and Citrix
access for security.
- Log
in to MySignIns:
- Add
Microsoft Authenticator:
- In
MySignIns, click on the Security Info tab on the left side (see
step 1 in the image).
- Under
the Add a sign-in method section, click the Microsoft
Authenticator option (see step 3 in the image).
- Follow
the instructions to link your mobile device with the Authenticator app.
- Push
Notification Setup for VPN and Citrix:
- After
adding Microsoft Authenticator, you can use the app to approve sign-in
requests. This will be required for VPN and Citrix access, ensuring an
extra layer of security when logging in.

- Remove

- On
the Security Info page, locate the devices listed under Microsoft
Authenticator or other sign-in methods.
- You
can remove any device by clicking the Delete button next to it.
- Add
New Device:
- If
you're adding a new device, click the + Add sign-in method button
and follow the prompts to add an alternate device or method (such as a
phone or hardware token).

the Security Info page, click on Recent Activity to see a
log of recent sign-ins to your account.

you notice any suspicious or unfamiliar sign-ins, take immediate action
by changing your password and enabling additional security measures (such
as Multi-Factor Authentication).
How to Register for Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR):
- Access
the SSPR Registration Page:
- Set
Up Security Info for SSPR:
- Follow
the prompts to set up security questions or register an alternate
email address or phone number for password recovery.
- This
will allow you to reset your password quickly if you forget it in the
future.
