How to Login to Microsoft Office.com and MySignIns:

  1. Visit Microsoft Office:

  1. Log in to MySignIns:

    • In MySignIns, click on the Security Info tab on the left side (see step 1 in the image).
    • Under the Add a sign-in method section, click the Microsoft Authenticator option (see step 3 in the image).
    • Follow the instructions to link your mobile device with the Authenticator app.
  3. Push Notification Setup for VPN and Citrix:
    • After adding Microsoft Authenticator, you can use the app to approve sign-in requests. This will be required for VPN and Citrix access, ensuring an extra layer of security when logging in.

 

 

How to Remove or Manage Authentication Devices:

  1. Remove Devices:
    • On the Security Info page, locate the devices listed under Microsoft Authenticator or other sign-in methods.
    • You can remove any device by clicking the Delete button next to it.
  2. Add New Device:
    • If you're adding a new device, click the + Add sign-in method button and follow the prompts to add an alternate device or method (such as a phone or hardware token).

 

 

How to Check Recent Sign-in Activity:

  1. Review Sign-in Activity:
    • On the Security Info page, click on Recent Activity to see a log of recent sign-ins to your account.
    • If you notice any suspicious or unfamiliar sign-ins, take immediate action by changing your password and enabling additional security measures (such as Multi-Factor Authentication).

 

 

How to Register for Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR):

  1. Access the SSPR Registration Page:
  2. Set Up Security Info for SSPR:
    • Follow the prompts to set up security questions or register an alternate email address or phone number for password recovery.
    • This will allow you to reset your password quickly if you forget it in the future.
