Change PW MFA App From Home

-          Open your MFA cell app

-          Select your Vantage Custom Classic account




 

 

-          Change pw

 

 

-          If asked to pick an account select your vantage email- sign in- approve sign in on your app

 

-          After you log in & approve sign in a change pw page should now appear. Enter your old & new pw then select submit




 

-          You’ll get a prompt asking to enter a number using your MFA cell app. Enter the number that appeared


 


 

-          After you confirm the new password your office app(s) Outlook/Excel/etc. will ask you to sign into them. 




 

-          Enter your new password & sign in

-          Open your Microsoft Authenticator App on your cellphone to confirm the log in

-          That’s it! Open VPN if you use Forticlient VPN to test your new pw
